MAG is a leading UK airport group running three UK airports - Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands — serve around 42 million passengers every year.

The digital business at MAG already had a reputation for providing commercial capabilities, products and services for airports around the world.  As a design and optimisation consultancy, Together Incredible took on the challenge of creating the airport industry’s best booking experience.

We we’re responsible for implementing data-driven decisions to optimise the reservations systems for parking, hospitality and ancillary products. Within weeks of launching, MAG reservations systems conversion rate increased dramatically.
